  1. Unless stated otherwise in the description all items, except for items listed "AS IS", carry a 30 day warranty
  2. If the package damage during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and it will return to us. Then contact us promptly.
  3. Ant item being returned must have an RMA#, please contact us for it.
  4. We encourage you to email us with any questions prior to bidding rather then after you receive the product.
  5. Square Trade will contact the winning bidder to offer extended warranty for just pennies per day.
Shipping

 

  1. Combined shipping is available for any items that will fit in the same box. If the items are too bulky to fit into one box, shipping can not be combined.
  2. Usually we ship within (1) business day after payment cleared.
  3. Internationally the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, fees and taxes. No we do not mark as gift.
  4. USPS Priority Mail is our prefered shipping method, others are available per your request. please contact us.
