Compatibility - Due to the different series/models of Laptops/PC’s/PDA’e etc,  and the possibility of being incompatible with another brand, please ensure compatibility before completing your purchase. Returns for incompatibility will incur postal charges your end, plus refund of fees incurred by us I am afraid.

Dispatch Time – This is a big contention point for sellers – the ratings that you leave should be based on when the item was dispatched – not on how long it took to arrive. We try and dispatch everything on the day or purchase (even weekends), but once in the hands of the Postal System we no longer have control – so if for some reason the item was dispatched on the day (or day after) of purchase by first class post but takes a week to arrive (due to the postal system) we would appreciate it you did not punish us for their short comings.

Returns - If for any reason you wish to return the part to us for a refund, please ensure you send the correct part, as all of our parts are security marked to prevent fraud. Any part that is returned to us and does not have the security mark will have all the information forwarded to eBay and any refund will be void.

Item Description – We try to list items as honestly and accurately as we can – however we are only human and even with the best intention omissions or mistakes are made – if you feel that the description does not match your received product, please let us know first so we have the opportunity to put things right.

This would be a little unfair because once we have taken your item to the Post Office or Couriers we are in their hands and no longer have control. We always post by a trackable/traceable method, so should something not arrive, please let us know and we will do our best to find it. If it is classed as lost or missing you will not lose out – We will send a replacement or refund if out of stock.

This shop is monitored Monday to Friday 9 x 5, and most evenings and weekends. We will always respond to queries within 24 hours. We guarantee goods will be dispatched by the next business day, unless the shop shuts for holiday.
