  DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

 We ONLY use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation. 

• If the package is refused or undeliverable, the package will be returned to sender.
• We will attempt to contact you to offer either reshipment to a new corrected address or refund your original purchase price less any shipping fees
• Nikki's Kicks is not liable for any lost packages with tracking that shows delivered
• At no time will Nikki’s Kicks refund shipping fees. All reshipments will require additional fees. Nikki’s Kicks will not at any time reship at our expense.
• We ABSOLUTELY PROMISE TO SHIP SAME DAY of payment receipt by 12:pm PST. 
• No one selling on eBay will get you your shoes faster than Nikki's Kicks!! 
• Please understand we make ZERO profit from shipping. We actually lose money.

We ONLY use USPS Priority Mail International with Delivery confirmation.

• We cannot ship "USPS First Class Mail International" as this service cannot provide delivery confirmation.
• We do combine shipping for International customers. Please refer to chart for International combined order shipping charges.
• Nikki’s Kicks makes NO GUARANTEES expressed or implied as to the speed or actual time of delivery. Each package is subject to delays (i.e.: customs, inspection, weather) individual to the country being shipped to.
• Nikki’s Kicks accepts no responsibility for any additional charges, taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by the country being delivered to. It is the customer’s sole responsibility for any and all fees charged by the country being delivered to. Please check with your country for any additional fees due prior to making your purchase.
• We cannot mark items as gifts for customs and duties purposes.

 REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Nikki’s Kicks 100% Satisfaction policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase.

• Item must be returned in new UNWORN condition. Any evidence of wear other than trying on for fitment purposes and the return will not be accepted.. If item is deemed to have been worn there will be no refund issued.
• Due to health regulations all sales are final for swim wear, intimates, and lingerie. We are sorry but we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any items purchased in these categories.
• All DOMESTIC returns/exchanges will be subject to a $10.00 charge per item to cover the "FREE SHIPPING" promotion.
  
• On all returns/exchanges Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. There is also an additional $10.00 per item fee to cover the discounted International shipping promotion.
• All packaging, tags, shoe box, liners, tissue, stuffing, etc... are considered to be an actual part of the product, and are needed in order to sell them as "New in the Box". If any packaging is deemed missing or damaged then we cannot accept your return as we will not be able to resell it as new.
• Item must be returned to us in a suitable cardboard shipping container comparable to how it was delivered to you. (The shoe box is not a suitable shipping container)
• The original packing slip must be included with returned item stating reason for return.
• The buyer is liable for return shipping costs.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• To send back items at the lowest cost to you, we recommend using USPS Priority mail.

Exchanges

Due to the high volume of merchandise that Nikki’s Kicks sells per week we are unable to hold an item for exchange. The only way to insure that you get the item that you want is to follow the outline as detailed below:

To exchange an item:

• Locate the item(s) that you would like within our store.
• Purchase the new item(s): proceed with checkout and immediately pay for the items.
• Securely package the items that you are returning and ship to us within thirty (30) days of purchase.
• Follow the procedure as outlined in the Returns section as detailed above
• After we receive and process the returned items, we will issue a refund less any shipping and handling fees.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  
• To send back items at the lowest cost to you, we recommend using USPS Priority mail.

Refund Time line

Customers are required to retain all their tracking numbers for returns. Once we receive and process a return/exchange, we will issue a refund within three (3) business days. Refunds will be sent via the original payment method used for the order. (i.e.: If an order was paid via PayPal, the refund would be sent to your PayPal account).
