UK Shipping

UK Buyers: Shipping is Free within the UK on First Class Standard Post. This means all purchases made online are delivered within 3 working days or less. Usually, delivery can be as early as next day.

Multiple auction bidders policy:
1. Do not checkout until all of your auctions ended. Wait until all of your auctions are listed in the same shopping cart.
Once you click on "PAY NOW", you will not be able to combine additional
auctions.
The larger your order, for example more than £8.00, then your order will be sent on an expedited postal service.

Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday, including Saturday, however we do not despatch on Saturday or Sunday. Therefore please give more time for orders to arrive when purchased on these days. We also operate between 10am and 5pm.

We only ship to the shipping address
that you provided during the Paypal Checkout process. We are not
responsible for any wrong or invalid shipping address.

VAT is included in the delivery and cost of the product.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. Delivery is free for all items below £10.00 unless stated on the advert.
- Delivery to Europe Will take between 3-7 working days and can be tracked online via http://track-trace.com/post
- Deliveries to the Far West i.e. USA, Canada, South America will take upto 14 days and can be tracked online via USPS.com

There are no discounts on purchases made in bulk as delivery is already free of cost.

International shipment will be shipped
via USPS. Actual transit time might fluctuate. (All mail transit time
stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)
- Please do not worry should there be a problem if your item is delivered faulty, we will take extreme steps to rectify all problems and ask you to contact us via email immediately should any problems rise.

We cannot accept any other form of payment, however some customers do happen to have problems with paypal if their account is being verified or disabled. If this is the case we can take a postal order or we can hold the goods for you until your problem is resolved.
Return Policy & Feedback

- We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased
with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the
product.
- For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a
record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its
original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all
the accessories.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipment fee.
- It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
- Please leave us good feedback and not bad feedback if your item has been delivered with no problems. Should your item be faulty then please email us via eBay and will will come back to you with a solution. All items include a returns label so that you can return any item that you are not satisifed with.
- We take pride in our business so we will make every effort to help customers with any issues. We also work with some hard of hearing impaired people so if they reply back in bad english it is because they are communicating in the way they can due to their disability and not because they cannot communicate in English.
