Item will be shipped within 2 working days after receipt of cleared payment.

- EMS, DHL Express delivery:

Normal postage time is 5 to 7 days to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Major Asian Countries, and West Europe.( We  have to ask for you contact No. for Express delivery and this may increase the handling time.)

- Standard Flat Airmail deliverys:

Normal postage time is 15 to 20 days to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Major Asian Countries, and West Europe.

Combined Shipping Condition
To avoid any inconvenience and disputes, we don't accept combined orders in principle.

- For DOA (Defective on Arrival) item, please notify us to obtain a merchandise return code and shipping instruction. Then, send it back within 7 days upon date of receipt. Return shipping costs will be at your expenses.
- We only accept the returned item with full packaging materials without being used.
After receiving your returned item, it will take 7 days for evaluation and investigation. A brand new replacement unit will be sent to you at our shipping costs if unit is proved to be defective.

- Please NOTE: We don't accept returns via any EXPRESS SERVICES (Including: EMS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL etc.)

- Buyer pays for returns. If it is proved as defect item, we will refund the return postage based on the bill issued by posts. All returns via express service will be refused, unless the buyer pay for the duty.

Other Terms
Customs would be less likely to impose taxes/duties on a small parcel. However, it will be at your expenses if incurred.
Insurance is included in the Shipping & Handling costs you paid.
