Ebay Terms and Conditions

 

  • Item is sold ‘As Is’, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final.
  • Item is guaranteed to power on only and may require additional service and or parts to reach OEM’s specifications.
  • Item(s) in picture and description may differ from actual product but will be the same unit manufacturer and model.   
  • For all items sold with a computer and/or software, installed and/or on a media; it is solely the buyers’ responsibility to obtain and/or maintain a proper “user agreement” with the software provider. Most manufacturers do NOT allow sale of their software, or transfer of licenses and user agreements. Purchase DOES NOT include, any license or end-user rights from manufacturer; contents are for reference/testing purposes only; buyer acknowledges this condition of the sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for the compatibility, issuance of the user agreement and/or license. Seller does not guarantee any software and/or any key diskettes required.
  • Payment via PayPal is due within 7 days.

·         Items not picked up within 10 business days will be considered abandoned and returned to inventory.

Shipping and Handling - Three easy methods…

1)   Local Pick Up – pick up for unpackaged items, no additional fees

2)   Buyer Arranged Carrier Service – Buyer has the option to hire a packaging service for unit preparation for shipping.  We offer this service at a reasonable fee:

a.    Small items secured in box – $20 package and handling charge

b.    Large items shrink wrap for pickup – $25 package and handling charge

c.    Large items shrink wrap/strap to pallet – $50 package and handling charge

d.    Large items shrink wrap and crated – $75 package and handling charge PLUS crate charge; this varies depending on overall weight and size of unit 

                                         i.    International crates are at a higher cost due to material requirements of crate for overseas shipments 

                                        ii.    All international shipments require customs documentation.  You will be charged an additional $25 processing fee for documentation

3)   Seller Arranged Shipping – Above packaging charges apply PLUS carrier shipping charges

a.    Seller ships via FedEx and/or Service By Air (SBA) Freight (Buyer must arrange otherwise)

b.    The following is required to arrange shipment:  Zip Code, Address, Contact Phone No. (for Carrier), specify ‘Residential’ or ‘Commercial’

c.    International shipments must specify ‘Reseller’, ‘End User’ or ‘Government Entity’

For pickups…all items are located in Taunton, MA 02780. Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard time.  You must call to schedule a pickup before arriving (508-884-5010 x104).  Unscheduled pickups may be turned away if no one is available to assist.
