Most items ship 1 business day after payment is cleared; we only ship using expedited shipping.

- US shipping rates apply only to the contiguous 48 states. A surcharge will be added to HI, AK, and US territories, and PO Boxes. Please contact us before completing payment to insure faster processing.
- Please select the correct shipping address before confirming your Paypal purchase. We are authorized to ship only to the address listed on your Paypal invoice; unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address after purchase has been completed.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
All items are shipped to you in a plain brown box with the customs form filled out. Items are marked generically as "boots" or "shoes", for example. This helps your purchase go through customs! We also offer Global Express shipping during the holiday season. This extra expedited shipping service insures that your package will clear customs faster than Priority shipping. If you are interested in this additional service, please contact us before you complete payment so that we can add the surcharge to your invoice.
Please consider the cost of customs fees as an additional expense.
All customs fees, duties, or expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer; these are not extra shipping costs, but are duties/taxes paid to the buyer's government. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be charged upon receipt of your package based on your countries import/duty rates.
We will not mark any item as a “GIFT”.
We understand that customs fees are an added expense for our overseas customers. However, we are not legally allowed to mark that your purchase is a gift; doing so violates U.S. and international law.

We buy only Authentic UGG Brand which we hand pick directly from the UGG retailer. We are responsible and genuine sellers of the UGG product line. UGGs may arrive out of box if noted in listing, or without the care cards in the box... but at a great price! There may be marks on the inside tags preventing store returns; this is not considered a flaw in the shoe. We hand inspect every pair. If any imperfections are found, they will be noted in the auction description. Hologram tags are not the only indication of genuine UGG products; older UGG products and some pre-production samples do not have a hologram tag, but there are other means of UGG identification. Production samples may vary from the store product because the samples are created to show retailers what the boot might look like -- well in advance of the shoe going into mass production.
