Directron welcomes local pick-up at no additional charge. We look forward to meeting all of our customers in person and encourage you to visit our brick and mortar storefront located in Houston,Texas
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm,   and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Directron ships via USPS, UPS, or Freightquote to anywhere within the continental United States, and we are not open shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska.

Please contact us prior to leaving negative/neutral feedback, or less than 5 stars on all aspects of our transaction.
Cancellations
You can also cancel your order at any time before the product is shipped. If your product has already shipped, you may choose to refuse delivery and receive a refund minus applicable shipping charges and possibly a restocking fee, depending on the particular item. If you would like to return your order after the product has been shipped, a 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Restocking Fees
You may be charged a restocking fee for returned items that have been shipped to you. Please ask if you need to know whether your item meets this criteria. The restocking fee is equal to 15% of the item's purchase price.
You will be refunded your total amount less restocking and shipping fees incurred.
30-day from invoice date with Directron. 14-Day money back from receiving date with 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns. No credit or refund after 14 days. Customer is responsible for returning manufacturer defective products including DOA unless testing is paid before shipping
Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the method of payment originated by the customer.
Directron has everyday low prices that are updated as frequently as daily. Therefore, customers can get the most current market prices for most items. This is especially useful for CPU and memory for which prices fluctuate daily. Directron does not offer any price guarantee or protection. Directron is not responsible for any typo on the web site and reserves the right to change the prices of any item at any time.

Returns
Return policies vary between products. If you're still within your product's return time frame, call 1-713-773-9898 and a Customer Service representative will help walk you through the necessary steps to return the item(s) safely and securely. Physical damage by user will void your warranty. Discrepancy & Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days
