We accept payments by PayPal and Postal orders

Please note that an unpaid item case will be automatically opened after 4 days of non payment but ebay allow 7 days for payment to be made. If you need to cancel an order, please message me within 4 days as the process can not be reversed after this period.

We dispatch orders the same day (if ordered and paid before 11am) We always use First Class delivery service. This service will take approx 1-2 days. We offer 1st class Recorded delivery which allows your item to be insured and tracked in the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged or lost in the postal system. We keep the cost of this service to a low £2.50.

Please note that we dispatch orders Monday to Friday ONLY. International airmail delivery usually takes between 7-14 working days. SHIPPING ADDRESS - Please note that we can only post to a registered eBay address.

Own the Party accepts you have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of the contract starting, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

You will be refunded in excluding postage. If you already have the item after delivery, and wish to return the item please email us through eBay.

The only exceptions to this returns policy are on Earrings and Navel bars and Tights/Hold ups, this is for health and hygiene reasons. All these items are non-returnable.
