We aim to despatch all orders same working day when they are received. If for any reason we are unable to despatch the item the same working day we will despatch it the next working day. Our Delivery Time within the UK is 2-3 Working days from your order Date.

UK Delivery: All buy it now items are sent to UK mainland for £2.99.

Next Day Delivery: You can get next day delivery (excluding Highlands,Northern Ireland and Channel Isles) for extra charge of only £4.99. If you want a next day delivery you can choose the delivery option at the checkout page or contact us.

Shipping to Europe: Shipping to Europe is only from £8.99 per item and for each additional pair it will be from £5.99.

Worldwide Delivery: Shipping for all the countries outside Europe will be from £12.99 per item and for each additional pair it will be from £8.99.

If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will leave a card in your letterbox in order for you to get in touch with them to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

Please be aware that you must get in touch with them as they will attempt to deliver one more time before sending the parcel back to us. If the parcel is returned back to us you will have to pay for the postage again.

We operate a no quibble 7 day refund/exchange policy. Full refund will be given (UK only) provided goods are posted back within 7 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs.

When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim.

Refund: If you want to send the item back for a refund and change your mind you will have to pay the postage to send the shoes back to us.

Exchange: You will have to pay return postage of £3.99 if you want to exchange your item. That can be paid to our paypal account the email is ebay@legendfootwear.co.uk

If we send you wrong item or it is faulty we will pay all the postage costs incurred. Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund/exchange including transport charges both ways.
