Over the years we’ve worked hard to perfect our shipping services, and have made sure that our customers receive their items as quickly as possible. Customer satisfaction continues to be our main concern, which is why items go through a final inspection and approval process before leaving the Factory.

BrilliantRocks offers free shipping worldwide , and generally ships orders overnight through FEDEX, provided that the order has been paid for till 4pm Eastern Time, on weekdays. International shipping may be subject to minor additional fees such as VAT, and the delivery of your purchased items will take between 3 to 8 days, depending upon where you live. Please note that holidays and weekends do not count as days in transit.

Our aim is to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, due to custom delays, freight carrier’s shipping service and matters that are out of our control, the statements above regarding shipping are estimations only. If you are interested to find out the expected date of shipment of a particular product please use the tracking number you were provided with, following your purchase.

To return your product, you must first contact us within 3 days and let us know of your intentions in order to qualify for a refund. Next, simply take the product, in its original packaging and send it back to us. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if BrilliantRocks made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped from BrilliantRocks' offices.

The returned product must be received back in our offices within 14 days from date of purchase. If your product is returned within this period, we will refund your product purchase price. PayPal and Wire Transfer transactions will be refunded to the account used for the initial transaction.
