All products are brand new and packed in original cartons, unless otherwise specified, are supplied with our no-quibble returns policy provided the goods are returned in their original packaging within 7 days.
Orders received by 1pm will be shipped out on the same day, with the exception of Weekends and Bank Holidays, orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will usually be despatched on the following Monday.
Product price is inclusive of VAT but excludes P&P . P&P prices are for delivery to UK mainland only. Deliveries to outlying areas of Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, BFPO addresses and UK islands may incur surcharges. Please call on 01926 453 047 or email for a specific P&P quote. If you pay by cheque please allow 10 working days for clearance before we despatch the goods. |

Returns |
If you wish to return a product for any reason, you may do so within 7 days. You must, when examining the product exercise reasonable care in doing so in order to ensure that, on arrival, items are not damaged in any way. In order to return items please call Customer Services for a returns number. Refunds will not be issued until goods are returned to stock and only if it is deemed our mistake due to faulty product shall return postage costs be refunded. |
