(D). Flat rate shipping amount stated in any listing is to the lower 48 states only. Shipping charges also include handling.
(E). If you are located in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or where UPS standard ground does not apply for Canada, PLEASE contact us with zip code/postal code for shipping rates before you buy the item.
(F). Canadian buyers are responsible for all customs, duties and brokerage fees.
Delivery:
(A). We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Excluding weekends, holidays, and any natural disasters (Acts of God), or unnatural disasters.
(B). Tracking number is sent twice to the e-mail address you have provided on your eBay account. Please allow 24hrs from item shipped notice to track your item.
(C).We inspect all items for external damage before they are packaged and shipped. We do not ship any items with damage.
(D). If your item is damaged please contact us asap. (877-787-5734) Please take pictures if possible. We will file the claim.
Refunds & Returns:
(A). All defective or unused/unopened items must be returned to us at: Bright Star Car Audio: 6555 44th St. N. Unit 2013 Pinellas Park, Fl. 33781. Please include all pertinent information.(Name, eBay ID, Item # etc.)
(B). Once defective or unused product has been received and checked in, a replacement unit will be shipped freight prepaid to the customer or item cost refunded.
(C). UNUSED/UNOPENED: Must be returned with 14 days of delivery. Only items that are in brand new, resalable condition, in original packaging with all paperwork and hardware will be refunded item cost only. UPS nor USPS refund shipping. This includes subwoofer boxes.
(D). OPENED/USED/INSTALLED PRODUCTS: All sales are final. Opened, used, and installed items are covered by listed warranty only.
(E). All merchandise comes with a 90 day warranty through us. After 90 days please contact manufacturer for factory warranty.
(F). All shipping charges are non-refundable.
(G). The seller is responsible for shipping ONLY if the WRONG ITEM is shipped.
