When Will My Order Ship?
Orders enter our fulfillment system at 12pm Central Time Monday - Friday and usually ship in 1-3 business days.

Orders are marked shipped and tracking numbers are uploaded at the end of each day, usually around 7pm CST.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase of unopened, unused items. A return authorization is required, and all returns of non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned products must also be in its original condition; including box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories. If accepted, any shipping charges paid with the original order will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of item, and are issued back to the original method of payment. Please be aware if the refund is to a credit card it could take an additional 5-7 business days for funds to clear from the credit card company.
