Our deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 8am and 5.30pm with Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and must be signed for.

During busy periods deliveries can be subject to delays e.g. Bank holidays and seasonal holidays. Please note deliveries to remote areas may exceed delivery estimates.

Should you miss your delivery, Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour or in a secure place (this should be out of plain sight and indoors) if they feel it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to advise you this has been done.

If there is nowhere secure to leave the parcel or no neighbours can be found, the carrier will return it to the nearest Royal Mail depot and leave a card detailing how you can collect it.

If, for some reason, you would like to return your purchase please notify us via the link in 'my eBay' within 14 days of receiving the delivery. We are more than happy to refund or exchange the item as long as it is unused, with all accessories and in its original packaging.

Can I return my order to a Trespass high street store?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept eBay returns or exchanges at our high street stores.

How should I send my return?

We recommend that all returned items are sent using a carrier who can supply a 'proof of posting' certificate. The goods will be your responsibility until they reach our Returns Department.

Do I have to pay to return?

We're sorry but we don't currently offer a free returns service.
We do, however, exchange any unwanted returns and re-send them using our priority 24 hour service without any further charge.

How long can I keep my order before returning?

We ask that you return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them. If you are out with the 14 days please get in touch with Customer Service to see if a resolution can be agreed.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are typically processed within 48 hours of us receiving the goods back.
Please allow up to a week for refunds to show on your account. This time period is dependent on your bank or card issuer, we have no jurisdiction when it comes to payments.
Refunds are always made to the original form of payment.

When can I expect to receive my exchange?

Exchanges are typically processed and despatched within 48 hours of us receiving the goods back.
We are only able to exchange items where a different size of the same item is requested. If alternate items are required, a new order can be placed and you can return the original item to us for a refund.
If there isn't any stock available in your preferred size we'll refund you and send you an email to let you know.

I've been sent the wrong items

Occasionally mistakes do happen. We apologise if this has happened to you, but we promise that we will do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

Distance Selling Act - Consumers right to cancel

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel their purchase (unless it is a purchase of tailor-made / customised products).
Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number, either by post or email via ebay@trespass.co.uk. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

For speed and simplicity we only accept payments made through PayPal.

Delivery and Returns

I live outside of UK mainland, can you deliver to me?

No. At this time Trespass does not currently ship to destinations outside of UK mainland.

How long can I expect to wait for my delivery?

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. That's our official line; however we do aim to have orders made before 1pm on weekdays dispatched within 24 hours to be with you the next day, anything after 1pm the following working day. Orders arrive between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Delays may occur during busier periods so we recommend customers use their order tracking codes, provided by email, to stay updated.

If I'm not home when the item is delivered, what happens?

Don't worry! Our shipping agent will firstly check if a neighbour can take the parcel or if there is a secure location to leave it. If not, they will leave a calling card, detailing how to either rearrange delivery or pick up from a local sorting office.

Who will deliver my order?

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard and based on strong customer feedback will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
