Item Condition
All items we sell are either New, Used/Open Box or Factory Reconditioned.
New Items
All brand new items in original packaging. These will be described as new in the auction description and is covered by the full manufacturer warranty.
Used Items/Open Box
Used or open boxed items are typically returns or close-outs with some signs of use and/or are missing original packaging. These items will be "as best described" and may or may not include a manufacturer warranty.
Factory Reconditioned Items
If an item is reconditioned, it will be clearly stated as such in the description and will have a limited manufacturer's warranty.
Please read the following information about Tools4Less Factory Reconditioned Items before bidding or buying:
- These items are in like-new condition but conform to new product functionality and specifications
- They may be returns sent to the manufacturer by retailers
- The manufacturer inspected and tested the units, then determined the products to be in excellent condition
- The units were repacked by the manufacturer, and marked as Factory Reconditioned
Payment
- PayPal is the only accepted payment method for our EBay store.</p>
- Currently, we accept payment from U.S. registered EBay and PayPal accounts only.
- Sales tax of 8.75% will be applied to California residents.
- Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared.
If purchasing items from multiple listings, once your purchases are complete, select "request a total" and we'll send you a combined invoice for all items including freight charges if applicable. Please do not pay for these items until you receive the revised combined invoice. Items paid for individually will be shipped individually.
Shipping
Shipping costs are clearly stated in each listing. Shipping charge for additional quantities of this item, if available, will be stated on the shipping listing. Tracking information will be sent within 48hrs of shipment.
Standard Shipping
Small items are shipped through FedEx, UPS or USPS ground service. Currently, we ship only to the 48 US continental states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands.
All items require a physical address for delivery. No PO boxes. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Freight
Large and bulky items may ship via truck freight. Shipments via truck freight require a delivery appointment. The truck line will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery includes liftgate service, which means the truck driver will remove your shipment from the truck and place it on the ground (such as on your driveway or sidewalk). Truck delivery does not include unpacking or setup service.
Local Pickup
Local pick up is available at our Long Beach, California location. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm. All items must be pre-paid through PayPal prior to pickup. Please email us prior to pick up to confirm your order is ready for pick up.
If item(s) arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us for assistance. Once item(s) have been returned, a replacement will be shipped.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for replacement instructions.
Factory Reconditioned Items
Covered by the same return policy as New items.
Used Items/Open Box
Used/open box items cannot be returned. These goods are sold as is.
