Motion Slider 36 is an inexpensive slider built from all aluminum construction and uses self lubricating linear bearings for a smooth glide. 36" in total length, Motion Slider 36 can be used on any flat surface or mounted to a tripod base or head via 1/4" or 3/8" holes on the bottom of
the rail.
Camera's can be mounted directly to the top plate via 1/4" or 3/8" holes (includes 1/4" mounting screw) or attach your own fluid head allowing you to add a variety of shots. Weight is 8.5 lbs not including your camera. Camera is not included. Works well with HDSLR's and camera's up to

1. Q. Will the slider mount to my tripod? A. Yes, they attach to your tripod head baseplate or tripod base via 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 screws.
2. Q. Will bowl mount tripod heads mount to the top platform of the slider? A. If your bowl mount is completely round at the bottom it will not work. However, if you have a partial flat bottom or full flat bottom head it can be mounted to the slider platform. You may need a nut or bolt (not included) for the bottom of your bowl head depending on your head. Some heads have a stud (you need a nut), others have screw threads ( you need a bolt). Most heads are 3/8-16 threads.
3. Q. If I want to use a tripod, what kind of tripod do I need for the slider? A. We suggest a tripod w/ a fluid head and a camera payload rating of at least 12 lbs.
