We accept returns up to 10 days after the item is
delivered.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return
shipping and will receive a full refund minus the cost
of shipping (free shipping items included) as well as a
restocking fee of 10% or $10 whichever is greater.
Item must be in original condition, we WILL NOT
accept returns on opened items or items out of their original packaging.
All returned items will be inspected prior to the
purchase price being refunded. If the item has been used and attempted to be returned, it will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.
We accept exchanges up to 14 days after receipt,
provided the size or model you wish to exchange for is
in stock. Buyers will be responsible for postage both
ways on exchanged items.
International customers are responsible for any
additional taxes, duties, & brokerage fees that may be
associated with any returns or exchanges.
All items require a Return Authorization # prior to
being returned, please contact us in advance to obtain
an RMA. If we are not contacted prior to a return, we will not be responsible for receiving or processing the return.
WARRANTY: New clubs purchased through us are guaranteed 100% authentic and will usually be under manufacturer warranty. The clubs need to be sent back to the manufacturer through an authorized retail location. We are not responsible for having a club repaired or replaced by the manufacturer.
