We have an extensive range of suppliers, making sure we have the latest stock at great prices and many hard to find items. New stock arrives every week and our aim is that there will be something new to offer you every time you visit.

Payment

We accept payment by: Paypal, Postal Orders and cheques. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order payment details will provided by eBay when you checkout. 
Please note we only accept Paypal from Overseas customers. 
If you are paying by Paypal e-cheque, please note that your payment may take up to two weeks to clear.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
Typical transit time within the UK is 1-3 days after dispatch. If you require next day guaranteed delivery this can be arranged at an additional cost. Recorded / Signed for can also be arranged and large orders (over £30) are upgraded to Recorded Delivery free of charge. 
Overseas customers, typical transit time to Europe by Airmail is 5-10 days, however it can take up to 3 weeks on rare occassions. Again tracked and / or faster services are available at additional cost, via Airsure or International Signed for and these can be arranged for you on request. 
To the Rest of the World it can take up to a month for delivery, but usual transit time to America and Australia is 10-14 days. 
If you have not received your items within the timescales mentioned above it may be possible that you have missed a delivery and the post service has not left a calling card. In the unlikely event that your package has been delayed and you need to contact us, we would be grateful if you could provide your name as it would appear on Paypal and the date you paid. This will enable us to deal with your query quickly for you.

Combined Postage

We combine postage for multiple auction wins, to claim the reduced rate please request total from seller before you checkout. This will enable us to send you a combined total before you pay. 
Most auctions will tell you what the reduced rate for additional items are, however the following generally applies.
Single cards - additional cards cost only an extra 5p in postage and packing in the UK. This is a very low and competitive rate. (+10p per card - Europe, +20p per card, Rest of World) 
Deck Protectors - are only an additional 25p per pack of 50 protectors. 
If you would like a combined postage quote before you commit to buy, then please email us and we would be happy to provide you with one.

Returns

We have a no quibbles return policy. As long as the item is returned unopened and in the same condition as received within 14 days a full refund will be issued. 
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
