Once a payment has been received, it takes shoezooshoes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order for shipment. The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order.

Orders ship Monday through Friday only.

Any expedited orders placed after 3 PM EST (12 noon PST) on Friday will not ship until the following business day (Monday). Please note that your order also must be conformed, meaning that if there are any issues, and it must be resolved by the time listed below:

shoezooshoes mainly ships using FedEx. Listed below are the cut off times each day.

FedEx Ground - 5 PM EST (2 PM PST) Monday through Friday.

FedEx 2nd Day - 3PM EST (12 noon PST) Monday through Friday.

Any expedited orders placed after 3 PM EST (noon PST) on Friday will not ship until the following business day (Monday). Please note that your order must also be conformed, meaning that if there is any issue, and it must be resolved by the time listed above time.

Delivery Days and Time:
FedEx Express delivery days are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM.
FedEx Ground delivery days are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 7 PM
FedEx Residence delivery days are Tuesday through Friday 9 am to 8 PM and Saturday 9 am to 3 PM.

We cannot make any special arrangements (i.e. time of delivery or specific location of the drop off, etc) with the FedEx. The drivers will deliver based on their schedule and will leave package in a secure location when no one is present.

Direct signature is required for large quantity or quality orders and oversized packages. If there is no one at the shipping address for signature, FedEx will reattempt delivery.

Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot change any parts of the order or the shipping address. FedEx is prohibited and will not make any address changes; therefore, ensure that you are providing with accurate and proper shipping address on the original order.

Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post
We offer Hawaii and Alaska FedEx 2nd Day service.
Expedite shipping is not available for US Territories shipment.

US Military

shoezooshoes supports our Military! We ship to APO, DPO and FPO addresses using the USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Expedite shipping is not available for APO/DPO/FPO shipment.

Freight Forward
shoezooshoes does not ship to freight forward companies or other third party courier service companies.

Post Office Boxes
FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please be sure to provide a physical address to ensure delivery and avoid delays.

We will place an order "on hold" and send an email notification to either respond to the email or contact our friendly customer service support team at (888)649-0006 to verify the proper shipping address. Once we confirm and verify the physical address, the order will be approved and prepared for shipment.

We ship international orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority International Mail. The Postal Service is responsible for the delivery of your packages.

Estimated Delivery Date

Once we receive your payment through PayPal, we will process and ship your order; typically within 1-2 business days. Normal delivery time for Priority International Mail packages is 10-30 business days, depending on the final destination. Please note that the Postal Services make no delivery guarantees.

Payments

We will only accept PayPal as form of payment for all International orders. To establish a PayPal account, please visit www.paypal.com.

All product cost are in United States Dollars (USD); however, on your Pay Pal account will show your local currency and the currency conversion rates are based on the day you made payment. Please pay promptly through your Pay Pal account to ensure the availability of the size and styles and to avoid any delays.

We can combine shipping for multiple items. Please send us an email or request for an invoice for combine shipping cost.

International Taxes and Duty Fees

The customer accepts the responsibility for any International taxes, duties or other fees which may be charged upon delivery. Other additional fees which may apply could be for:
  • Refusal of package upon delivery for any reason
  • Abandonment of package at the postal office due to unpaid duty fees and taxes
  • Invalid address provided by the customer
  • Failed attempts to deliver by the postal carrier
  • Decline to pay duty fees and taxes upon pick-up or delivery
  • Customs rejection due to restriction and rules of the destination country

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all international orders. We will not accept returns for any international orders. Also we are unable to offer exchanges. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size, style and color and your shipping address is accurate before making the final payment. We are sorry but we cannot change the shoe size or any part of the order once the order has been received.

We will accept eChecks via PayPal. You will need to create a Pay Pal account and input your banking information to utilize eCheck as a payment option. Please note: There is a 7-10 business days of waiting period on Pay Pal for eCheck payments. During this time, we cannot ship the order until Pay Pal authorizes us to do so.

Sales Tax
shoezooshoes is a California based company and by California law we are required to collect sales tax from California residents. While most states have differing laws on the manner in which e-commerce sales are collected in their state, shoezooshoes is only required to collect sales tax from California residents. Please check online for applicable laws in your state of residence.


Our goal is to provide our customers with complete satisfaction with the shoes that they have ordered, which is why we offer easy returns. We enclose a pre-paid domestic shipping label with every shipment (*restrictions do apply).

EASY RETURN STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:
1. Please have the "FedEx return label" (label with bar codes) and "Return Receipt" that were enclosed with your shipment handy.
2. Pack the unworn shoes into the original shoebox.
3. Please include the "Return Receipt" with the Return Reason Code marked inside the shoebox. Please do not peel the "Return Receipt" and stick it inside the box, just place it inside the shoebox.
4. Pack the shoebox securely into the original shipping carton. We encourage you use the brown shipping box that was used to ship your order.
5. Remove and apply the pre-paid "FedEx return label" included in this shipment. You can cover the original FedEx label on the brown box. (Please do not attach the FedEx return label on the original manufacturer's shoe box.)
6. Please take the package to FedEx authorized location. For the nearest FedEx location, please visit www.fedex.com Please ensure the location provides for GROUND service. To avoid delays or lost, do not drop the packages in the FedEx drop boxes.

* THERE IS A $9.95 FEE FOR USING THE FEDEX PREPAID RETURN LABEL. $9.95 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT COST. We highly recommend using the FedEx prepaid return label for easy drop off (no upfront cost to you or standing in line), lost package can be traced, estimate arrival date and already prepared shipping label with our information provided.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days from receipt and it will be refunded back to the original payment method. Any previous shipping charges are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION:
shoezooshoes is happy to accept your return within 30 days of receipt as long as it meets the requirements below:
  • The product is still in new, unworn condition as received. We recommend that you first try on the shoes indoors to ensure the fit and sizing meets your preference.
  • The return product (if applicable) should include all original accessories as received (i.e. original shoe box, shoes laces, key chains, color swatches, additional insoles, shoe bag, replaceable spikes & etc).
  • The original manufacturer's shoe box as received. Please do not send the return by using the shoe box as the outer shipping box or your return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:
Shoes that are received in worn condition will be inspected by shoezooshoes returns department and evaluated at their discretion. If your return shipment does not meet to the return policy listed above and your return is rejected, there may be additional charges to have the shipment sent back to you or it may be discarded.
