Thank you for your interest. This is a nice way of upgrading your original regulator for your instruments. This also works if you have upgraded your electrical system from a 6 volt system to a 12 volt system, and it even helps if you have converted from a generator to alternator (which causes jumping needles). This is superior than the Original.
