In the event that you need to return an item, in the first instance, we advise that you contact us directly through the eBay messaging service within 14 days of delivery (please note, we will not accept returns after 30 days). When making a return the goods must be; un-used, in a re-saleable condition and sufficiently wrapped to avoid damage in transit. Refunds will be issued with postage costs deducted.
Should your goods arrive damaged or develop a fault, again we advise that you contact us directly through the eBay messaging service: we can resolve issues more quickly if you do. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to dispacth your items within 1 working Monday to Friday
We state on each individuail prodouct the delivery time 2nd class with take 3-7 working days excluding weekends and on certain products we state a 24 hour courier service.
There will be a surcharge added to your order if the postal service states 24hr DPD if you are ordering a parcel from the areas in the table below.
All of these orders will be despatched by 48 hour DPD couriers service
