Shipping

All orders that are placed are shipped within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. We regularly dispatch a high proportion of our products within 24 hours but we occasionally require up to 48 hours when demand is high.

The table below will give you an indication of when you can expect your product to be disptached from our warehouse.

All UK orders are sent using either Royal Mail or a courier service (Royal Mail Parcels, UPS or DPD) and in most cases will be with you the following day (although sometimes there are delays that are out of our control)

Any claims for lost or damaged orders will be investigated by Royal Mail or our appointed couriers.

However, please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to reach you after we have dispatched it from our warehouse.

Toilet Seats & Bidet Spray (Douche/Shattaf)
The above items sold by us are sealed within a plastic wrapper for hygiene purposes, if they are removed from their wrapper and you wish to return it to us, we will only provide a refund if the product is faulty. If the items remain sealed within their hygienic wrapper, we can accept it back for a full refund if you change your mind. Unfortunately we cannot resell an opened toilet seat or bidet spray to the public for health reasons.

We strongly urge customers to measure their toilet pan carefully as well as the cistern as this sometimes prevents toilet seats from remaining upright.
