Well thought-out construction considered even to small details keeps the sprouting process much more fast and easy than traditional way of sprouting using jars and gauze. The natural heat from germinating sprouts and elaborated system of air- channels of special size and location provide optimal conditions for sprouting: a permanent air ventilation of sprouts with necessary level of humidity. Therefore a higher quantity of seeds are being germinating more quickly and the sprouts become more fresh and healthy, without turning sour, fermentation or growing moldy owing to too high humidity and water content.

• Beside Smartsprouter^® itself, no need any additional accessories for metering of portion of seeds, its rinsing, soaking and sprouting – all necessary parts are included;

European Community Directive 2004/1935/EC "Food Contact Materials" (Directive NO. 1935/2004/EC of European Parliament and of the Council from Oktober 27, 2004) is the main European Framework Regulation that lays down stipulations for materials and articles which are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.

The articles intended to be sold on the territory of European Community should strictly correspond to the requirements of this directive.

In accordance with Directive 2004/1935/EC the production which is intended to come into contact with foodstuffs should meet the following requirements:

• Need to be manufactured in compliance with good manufacturing practice and quality standards;
• Must not content components that could endanger human health;
• Shall not transfer their components into the food in quantities that could endanger human health;
• Must not change change the composition of the food in an unacceptable way;
• Must not deteriorate the taste, color and odor of foodstuffs;
• The information about products, manuals, labels should be full and should not mislead the customers.

1935/2004/EC is one of the universal and common used standards in all the European Community countries. To the packing of those articles that successful passed all the required testing could be put the corresponding marking about the fact that "this article could be used for storage and cooking of foodstuffs" and a special sign that confirm the compliance of this product to the obligatory requirements of European Community Law for such kind of products.

Verification of Conformity to European Community Directive 2004/1935/EC was issued by competent international agency TEN-ONE SERVICES after successful testing of the sprouter in accordance with test report 68.5.53.11.0471.01 from 31.12.2011 that confirms the compliance of Smartsprouter to the requirements of the following European Community Standards:

This certificate is the highest official document that states approval of safety for articles which are intended to come into contact with foodstuffs in Russian Federation and being issued only in case the corresponding tests for non-transfer the components into the food in quantities that could endanger human health in accordance with national standards of Russian Federation were passed successfully.

This certificate and state registration is also valid for Belarus and Kazakhstan. It allows the production, distribution and using of Smartsprouter on the territory of Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
