Shoebou Returns Policy:
We hope that you love everything that you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not happy you can return any item for an exchange or refund up to 14 days from the date of receipt. All we ask is that you return any items unused in their original boxes/packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund on any items that are not returned in a re-saleable condition.
We aim to process your return within 24 hours of receipt and refund you immediately (it?s your money after all and we recognise that you would like to get it back as quickly as possible!) We will email you once your return has been processed.
Please note that it can take up to 5 days for your parcel to reach us depending on your chosen method of return.
If you have returned a parcel and have not heard from us within 10 days then please email customercare@shoebou.com and we will look into it for you.
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange your item we will try and replace for another size, colour or style. Please indicate on the front of your Invoice what exchange item you require and include with your parcel.
All exchanges will be dispatched free of charge by standard delivery.
We will do all we can to help, but please understand that as our stocks are constantly changing we may not be able to satisfy your request.
Returns Procedure:
- Re-pack your items in their original packaging/boxes and ensure all labels or tags are attached.
- Please indicate what exchange you require or refund on the front of your invoice and include with your parcel. If you don?t have your delivery/invoice just include a note with your name, address, email address and order number if known.

- We recommend that you return your parcel using a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of your items. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as proof of your return.
- Sorry, but we cannot refund on returned items lost in the post.
- The cost of returning your parcel is your responsibility. We want to offer the lowest prices online and regrettably this does not afford us the ability to offer free returns.
- Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original order or back into your paypal account.
Faulty/Incorrect item:
If the item you received is not as you ordered or faulty, please contact customercare@shoebou.com quoting your name, order number, product details, the reason for your return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with your return.
We can only act upon the return once it has been received. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect then a replacement or refund will be issued along with a refund for postage costs.

Order Cancellation Rights:
Under the UK Distance Selling regulations you can cancel your contract with us at anytime within 7 days. To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing at the email address below. Please note that in order to cancel your contract, you must return all the items that were included in your order. If you cancel your contract with us, we will refund the amount due to you, including delivery charges, within 30 days of when you gave us notice of your cancellation.
We also reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense.
