The shipping fee is applicable only to the 48 contiguous USA States. We  can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some international countries  at our own discretion. Please email us with your zip code or shipping  location before buying so that we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Sometimes we list items with "Free Shipping" The free shipping is only  applicable to 48 contiguous USA states with a street address. If you  live outside this area or have a P.O. box address, please email us for a  shipping quotation There is a surcharge fee for APO or Military boxes. If shipping is free, we have the option to ship with any carrier  of our choice.

UPS does not deliver addresses to military box. FPO,APO or P.O. box  addresses. If your confirmed address is a one of these mentioned, please  update your shipping address in PayPal to include your street address.  If you cannot provide a street address, we will ship your item to you  box address with extra charge. 

Signature Requirement:
A signature is required on delivery for orders $300 and above. You or your  representative must be available at the time of delivery.

Refused/ Return To Shipper:
An item/items is shipped for free on a first attempt. If the item is refused or the shipping company attempted to deliver the item a total of three times and the item is returned to us. We can either ship the item again at the buyers expense or we can issue a refund per our return policy REFUND.

RETURN POLICY:

All items to be returned require an RMA (Return  Merchandise Authorization) number. Please request an RMA  number before returning your item. Please state the reason for the  return. We will refuse returned item that has no prior  authorization. All returns must be in its original condition complete  with all the packaging, manual, warranty forms and accessories. We will  email you back an RMA number to stick outside the box. The buyer  should shoulder the freight in returning the item for we will be the one  to pay the freight in shipping the replacement back to you.

Generally, all returns will be replaced or if it was defective, will be  repaired. If we do not have a replacement, then we will issue a merchandise (store) credit. The  merchandise credit is computed as follows: amount paid less 15% restocking  fee, less actual freight, less cost of missing parts and accessories if  there any. You can use your merchandise credit towards your  future purchases in our store as your form of payment.

REFUNDS:

The refund is computed as follows: amount paid less 15% restocking fee, less actual freight (the amount paid to pay to ship the item to the buyer even if its "free shipping"), less cost of missing parts and accessories if there an

WARRANTY:

Limited warranty  is provided by us for a period of 90 days, unless otherwise  indicated in the item description. Some brand new products carry a  warranty for a period of one year. Item Condition:
We sell Brand New”  as well as “Factory  Refurbished” items. The condition of the unit we sell is  clearly stated in the description page. If we state the item as “Brand  New”, it means that the item has never been used,  repaired nor returned. If we state as “factory sealed”, it means that we  received the unit directly from the supplier unopened and we might, in  some cases, open the item for inspection before shipping it to you.

Factory refurbished  means that the item was reconditioned by the manufacturer, not us; hence  we do not know the reason behind why an item was marked "refurbished". Factory reconditioned units have passed the  manufacturer's quality control just like the brand new ones. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

If you are buying goods in USA, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes  which are levied by your government customs. You have to pay these  taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you  should contact your local customs office for these regulations before  buying.

Please be aware that cross-border deliveries are subjected for  inspection by customs authorities. Generally, we declare the cost of the  item based on the actual value of the goods, so please do not email us  to declare the item as a “gift”. If the item that is shipping  back to you was a repaired or replaced item, then we will declare it as  a “repaired item”. 

We can not issue warranty for  all items bought from intentional buyers, hence all sales are final.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Please do not buy if you do not intend to pay. Payment is required  after ordering. We appreciate your business and prompt payment. Please  notify us by email if you cannot pay within 3 days. If your order  remains unpaid after 3 days, we have the option to sell your item.

We accept PayPal payments only. That means we do not accept credit cards  payments by phone. You can pay using your credit card via PayPal. PayPal  accepts all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and  Discover. PayPal also accepts personal checks subject to clearing.

Sales Tax:
A 7% sales tax will be charged to shipments to Pennsylvania  addresses. There is also additional 1% City Tax for a total of 8%.
