We offer free shipping on some products; otherwise our shipping rates are as follows:

We aim for same day dispatch on all orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, will not be dispatched until Monday because the warehouse is closed over the weekend.
The Royal Mail First Class service usually delivers the day after the order is placed (Mon-Thurs) however this is not guaranteed. To guarantee next day delivery you will need to pay an additional cost to upgrade your shipping service to a Royal Mail express service, which you can select at the checkout.
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation which includes a tracking number (excluding Royal Mail 2nd class).

NW26 9GUYou are welcome to return any unsuitable item (excluding earrings) if you return it to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in a saleable, unworn condition and returned to us with all additional items including; box, swing tag, plastic covers, paperwork etc.
Refunds will be credited to your Paypal account.
We recommend using a tracked service for returns in order to trace your item and you can also forward the tracking number to us.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. As a goodwill gesture, we will refund return shipping for faulty or incorrect items returned within 30 days of your receipt.
Please use the return address label included with your paperwork and tick the appropriate box. State clearly the reason for return and whether you require a refund, repair or exchange.
If you have lost your returns label, please include a note with your name, address, order number, reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange.
If you are requesting an exchange please include a note detailing the model you wish to exchange it for.
Please note we are unable to accept returns of any kind if the item has been worn. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Repairs
If you are requesting a repair, please include a clear explanation of the problem. Please note that if this item cannot be repaired in house, it will be sent to the manufacturer for repair under the warranty. If it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the repair and return shipping will be completed for free.

When contacting us please ensure that your eBay USER I.D and eBay ITEM NUMBER are quoted in the subject field for all correspondence. We aim to respond to all queries within 1 hour during office hours of 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
If your item does not arrive within the estimated time then It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and with your tracking number contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
