Methods

We only accept immediate payment through the eBay checkout system. We only accept payment via US PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your checking account.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax Information

Target charges sales tax in all U.S. states except Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon (these states don't have a sales tax).  The amount of tax charged for your order depends upon certain factors, including:

• The selling price of the item purchased
• The type of item purchased
• The destination of the shipment

How Sales Tax is Calculated

If an item is subject to sales or use tax in the state to which it is shipped, tax is generally calculated on its total selling price.  In accordance with state laws, the total selling price of an item generally includes item-level shipping and handling charges, discounts and gift-wrap charges, and an allocation of order-level shipping and handling charges and discounts.

The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is approved or shipped.  Therefore, the tax rate applied to your order may be different for an order shipped to your home address than it is for an order for the very same items shipped to your work address.

Estimated Tax

Many factors can change between the time you place an order and the time your order is shipped.  Therefore, the amount appearing on your order as "Estimated Tax" may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. 

Promotions and Discounts

Target promotional codes, including Redcard discounts, are not valid on the eBay site.  However, many current Target promotions will appear in our eBay store - no promotional code necessary!

Shipping Policy

We ship to 48 states in the United States. Please note that we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, nor do we ship to Canada or any other countries.

We currently offer standard shipping and expedited 2nd Day Air only. Please allow a processing and handling time of no more than 1 business day. 

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Items can be returned within 30 days of shipping.  You can either return the item by bringing it back to a Target store or by mailing in your return. 

 

If you would like to return to a Target store, just bring in your packing slip within 30 days of shipping, and we will process the return for you.  Because we are unable to refund to Paypal from our store locations, you will receive a cash refund. 

 

If you choose to mail in your items, please call us at 612-307-8330 or click Contact Us on the Target storefront page, and we will help you return your item to our Return Center.  You will receive a refund to your Paypal account once the product has been received and processed (usually within 7-10 days from the day we receive your return).
