Parker Products Limited is a family run business based in Lincolnshire, UK. We provide our customers with high quality products at affordable prices. We have been trading since 2002 and in this time we have gained valuable industry knowledge that enables us to be one step ahead of the competition.

Customer service is a subject close to our heart and key to our success. We will endeavour to help and resolve any questions, queries or problems you have as quickly as possible.

Unless otherwise stated all prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate of 20%. Our VAT registration number is GB 175 8133 90.

Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit or Debit card, Cheque, Postal Order or Banks Transfer.

Items are only shipped once clear funds are received.

All delivery prices (including those quoting free delivery) are for Zone 1 only. Surcharges will apply to all other zones (Including Northern Ireland, Islands, Highlands and parts of Scotland).

If you are unsure about which zone your delivery address is then please contact us prior to purchase.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and delivered on a “Next Working Day” service. This is not a guaranteed service and someone will be required to sign for the delivery. Requests can be made for the order to be left in a “safe place” but this is at the discretion of the driver.

Timed Service

Early morning (AM) and Saturday delivery options can be added for additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Collection

Goods can be collected but must be a request must be made in advance.

Tracking

Our freight partner is FedEx UK. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

Damaged Good

Goods arriving damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

What do I do if my item has been returned to sender?

If your item was returned to sender, this means the address you have provided us was wrong or incomplete, or you did not contact the local depot in time.

If you'd like us to send your item out again, you will have to pay for re-postage. Please contact us for instructions.

We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us within 14 days.

Please be advised we reserve the right to refuse refunds if we feel any damage may have been caused by the customer whilst using the item.

Returned items must be:

• new and unused
• resalable
• returned at your own cost

Although it is not a requirement- we strongly suggest that all items returned are shipped using a recorded courier.
