All of our items are offered with FREE standard UK delivery despatched via Royal Mail and are expected to be delivered within 3-5 days. We offer a premium delivery service for £1.95 which is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (24hr) service.
Deliveries to Europe and ROW are sent via Royal Mail and are expected to be delivered within 7-14 working days at a small charge of £4.95!

All postage costs and services are displayed clearly within the listing.
We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are no longer required or isn’t the correct size. If this is the case, please send the item back for a full refund or replacement in its original condition, unused with its original packaging.
The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return. In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item free of charge and all return costs will be covered. Please send using the minimal; postage costs for returning the item, usually second class post.

When returning an item please notify us before hand and include a note with the reason and required garment size (if it is a replacement request) including your Ebay ID and telephone number to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
Non Receipt Of Items
If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
Royal Mail advise that all orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. However, for Royal Mail to deem anything as ‘lost’, their terms are to allow them 15 working days to deliver before we can then initiate a replacement or refund (This is within Royal Mail terms).
Unfortunately, once the order has been despatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve this for you immediately, we do have to allow them this timescale to deliver. If you still haven't received it by the 15th working day, please contact us.
