Once we receive your phone we will have it repaired, tested and it will be returned to you the same or next working day but we reserve the right to repair it within 5 working days in very rare cases.

IMPORTANT

We are not selling a Mobile Phone on this auction, but repair service for it.
Please backup all your data as the phone's memory may be cleared during the repair process.
We do not take any responsibility for the data lost during the repair process.
If the phone was already tried to be repaired (either by you or third party), and it was unsuccessful, please contact us before purchasing this service.
We do not change IMEI or any Serial Numbers of the phone.
During the repair process the software version in the phone may change.
If the phone is lost or damaged during delivery we will be able to recover the value of the phone only up to the value of insurance of the postage used. Please note that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Recorded Deliveries are compensated only to the value up to £50 and Special Deliveries up to £500 (UK Only).
If there will be any problem with the phone after you have it received please contact us immediately.

All items ordered before 4:00pm (GMT) are usually dispatched the same day or next working day at the most, from clear payment received.
If you not receive your item within 7 working days (14 days for international customers) please contact us immediately.
We do not post to the different address then registered on PayPal/eBay.
We do combine postage for goods/services, unless otherwise stated in the description.
If the package you received is damaged or opened please do not accept it from the courier and contact us immediately. If you have it accepted, then please keep all the original packaging and contact us.

If we will not be able to repair or replace faulty item, we will give you full refund for the item.
