1964 Mosrite Ventures Model Guitar with early features such as a very clean Vibramute tailpiece, clean neck bolt cover plate, green guard, Single Line Kluson tuners, smooth pickup covers, early large logo headstock, pots date to 1964 as seen in pictures. The serial number is 0515. Original speed frets are in great shape with plenty of life left. Pickups are original and strong, never been rewound. I purchased the guitar from the estate of the original owner and it has spent most of the time I owned it in the original hardshell case included in this auction. Both the case and guitar are in remarkably good shape for a guitar that is now over 1/2 a century old. The checking is minimal and the small amount of chipped paint is on the sides of the guitar and a little on the back as seen in the pictures. The electronics all work fine as well as the tremelo bar. This axe is ready to go right out of the box and the only thing it may need is a set of strings. It is set up with light gauge .010s. Guitar will be packed carefully and insured for shipping.
