ENVÍO

El envío se realiza directamente desde la fábrica, el plazo estimado de entrega es de 2-6 semanas desde la fecha de compra. Este plazo puede variar en fechas de gran actividad como navidades o periodos vacacionales.
Se envía por correo certificado con número de seguimiento, la entrega del paquete es bajo firma.

GARANTÍA DE RECEPCIÓN 

Si tu artículo se pierde en el trayecto* te reembolsamos el dinero o te enviamos uno nuevo sin coste alguno. 
*El paquete se da como perdido si tarda más de 2 meses en llegar o si el número de seguimiento no funciona pasados 1 mes desde la fecha de envío.

Item is sent by registered mail with tracking number.

WARRANTY RECEIPT 

If your item is lost in the way * we will refund the money or send you a new one free of charge. 
* The package is given as lost if it takes over 2 months to arrive from the date of shipment or if the tracking number is not working past 1 month from the date of shipment.
