Sending time  
Shipping , when at all possible, will be same day or next day excluding weekends and  holidays. If Your order and payment is on a weekend, holiday or anytime when our post office is closed, Your item or items will be shipped the next business day they are open.

Reception of shipment - VERY IMPORTANT !!!  
Keep in mind that when You receive a shipment check the contents of the consignment in the presence of the deliverer.                       If  Your shipment is damaged You have to make a damage report and doa photos of failures and send it along with a copy of the damage report by email to us.

Packaging  
Always packaged device in such a way as to securely reach  to You. I pack every item very carefully, I use strong boxes, new styrofoam, bubble wrap. Prior to shipment, each unit is tested by me. Always taping a video of the presentation of each device. I also do the photos with packaging process of each device. If You will want to get the video and pictures to email, You can always ask for it.

We sell mainly used audio equipment and musical instruments.We offer shipping to all world. If the weight of the item does not exceed 20kg (Polish Post). In the European Union the maximum weight of up to 31.5 kg (DPD). We recommend payment through PayPal of up to 3 days from date of purchase. In the case of non-payment after 3 days, we send a reminder of purchase. After 7 days we open an unpaid dispute. If together we do not find a solution  we will have to cancel the transaction.
