I don't know anything about these except that they were purchased in Russia in 1990.  Each pin has a different building with a Russian phrase written above it.  "BAHX CCCP" is written on the lower part of each one.  Three have a dark blue background and two have a green background.  There is also some kind of document included, but it's written totally in Russian and I don't know what it says.  They are in a white plastic case with "BAHX CCCP" embossed on top.  The case has some scuff marks from storage but the pins are in excellent condition.


Now for the fine print – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

- Please check out our other auctions. When possible, we will combine shipping on multiple wins within a 3 day period. If purchasing or interested in multiple items, please let us know via eBay's Messaging system and do not send payment until you receive a combined invoice from us. We monitor eBay frequently during regular business hours and will respond in a timely manner.

- With most items, we are not experts on the items we sell.  We do our best to include as many details as possible.  Invariably, we may miss certain details inherent to specific types of items.  If you have ANY questions, please feel free to email us by using the “Ask a question” link at the bottom of the listing. Please ask any questions BEFORE placing your bid.

- Please do not ask us to cancel a bid.  If you need a bid cancelled, it is your responsibility to retract it.

- If this is an auction-style listing, please do not ask us to end it early with "Buy it Now." We have a policy against this practice because we don't want to disappoint other potential bidders.

- Depending on the item and the weight, we ship via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class Mail, or Media Mail.  For very large packages, we may ship via UPS/Ground. Please click the "See details" link next to "Shipping" to view the method chosen for this particular item. You will pay the actual shipping charges. We do not charge handling fees.

- INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Due to recent issues, we can only ship using eBay's Global Shipping Program.  In those cases, we do not control specifics on the invoice, they are sent by eBay.

- Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end.  At that point a reminder is sent.  An unpaid item case is opened 7 days after the auction end.

- Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included in the shipping cost.  

- PayPal is the only method of payment accepted at this time. It must be a single payment (in full) from a PayPal verified user and shipped to a PayPal verified address.  

- Payment must be in US funds.

- If above payment method is used and specifics adhered to, item will ship within 3 business days of payment receipt.

- If not completely satisfied, notify us via email within 3 days of your receipt.  Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.  Refunds less all shipping and PayPal fees will be sent upon safe return of item(s) in original "as sent" condition.

- If you are satisfied with the transaction, please post positive feedback. As a buyer or seller, our policy has been consistent for the last 19 years – the BUYER begins the feedback process. We always reciprocate on smooth transactions.
