A curious and decorative lion head… Although we are unsure of the exact age of this piece, we understand from a previous owner that this was hand made by an artist from scratch, therefore making it unique and a ‘one off’ piece. This piece is such an eye catcher and it has a real authentic feel. It’s been hand crafted out of foam and resin (we think), hand painted and decorated with a form of hair. The craftsmanship is simply ace and the attention to detail spot on… It’s such an interesting piece; with a carnival or theatrical feel and a likeness to a taxidermy piece too. It gives a kind of cartoon esq vibe when you catch it from some angles, yet actually if you catch it at the wrong angle it also looks kinda menacing! The dazzling Yellow eyes and piercing teeth make this a real statement wall piece. The item is lightweight in general with a soft feel, yet the teeth and mouth area is of a ‘hard nature’, suggesting a build of resin or maybe fibreglass We are offering this piece in ‘as found’ condition, therefore there is some natural wear and tear. The head shows some minor scuffs, marks and paint chipping in areas from its previous usage and it’s a little tatty in places. That said, structurally it is great and the current condition simply adds to its charm and authenticity. This is currently gracing a wall in our store and protruding from the wall it looks immense! Collection We are more than happy for you to collect your purchased item from Ralph & Co. head quarters, by appointment Your purchase must be collected within 48 hours post purchase (again if not possible, please get in touch - we will be as flexible as possible) You will receive a receipt in person on the day of collection, with your purchase information You will be asked to sign an additional receipt to confirm that you have collected your item Returns & Refunds We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services, therefore if we ever fall short of your expectations please get in contact If you have ‘changed your mind’ and you no longer want the product you ordered, you have 14 days to return the item to our head quarters.
