Return and Warranty Policy: We will guarantee this item to be as described for 10 days. If for any reason you feel it is not, we will refund 100% of your purchase price after the item is returned. Shipping: We ship in the US and Canada from Tennessee using UPS, and UPS Freight.when needed. E-mail us for a shipping service other than the ones listed. We ship daily Monday through Friday.
Packaging and Handling: We pack your items properly! All items are wrapped and protected for shipment in a professional manner.
Package Tracking: All UPS shipments will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.
Restocking: We will accept returns made by the purchaser due to the purchasers error, a non-warranty issue, but will administer a 25 percent restocking fee to cover time and materials.
