Offered this sale is an ornate Heritage Mint Ming Dynasty plate.  It has an 8" diameter, fancy Phoenix on gold background, pink flowers and dogwood, and scalloped edges.  On the bottom it says "Ming Dynasty Espressly Produced for Heritage Mint, Ltd. L.A.C.A.  It is in excellent condition.
