If not satisfied, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item and you can return in its original package via air mail within 14 days of your receiving the item for a full refund or replacement. Items must be return in order to have refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost or any other cost applied. Refund or replacement depends on the stock availability only. No exceptions.
Refund are base on final bid price only. Refund is not including insurance cost, shipping cost, or any other cost happened.
Unauthorized Returns
All unauthorized returns will be charged a 40% for restocking fees of the invoice value. And buyers need to responsible for the postages for resend the package.
