Here is a working HBR 12 receiver that I constructed years ago and is not getting the attention it deserves. This circuitry origionated by Ted Crosby and appeared in QST in the early 60's. It comes with coils for 80, 40 and 20 meters as well as 9 to 10.250 mhz SW band. The wooden coil stand is included for spare coil storage. It comes with a National ICN dial with the addition of a Swan reduction drive to give a 40:1 ratio. The origional ICN rate is also retained for moving across the band quickly. This dial system compares favourably to the Eddystone unit. The senstivity and stability of this unit is quite good. It easily hears a tone at less than 1 uv on 14 mhz. It does not have a cabinet. All that is needed for receiving is a speaker/headphone (hi Z) and a antenna. I am including spare, blank dials, two copies of QST magazine with the HBR 11 and HBR 8 construction articles and multi pages of construction material and tips with notes from Ted Crosby. I stress these are copies which I have had for years, source long forgotten. Any HBR material I have will be included. Shipping by UPS. No handling fee. UPS provides shipping material at a nominal fee and packs for free. Actual costs only will be charged. I am not sure how eBay calculates shipping, but it is unweildy for non US residents. Questions welcome. Pay no attention to eBay shipping costs. Actual UPS sharges only will apply! This item is relisted because a potential buyer had hit the "Buy It Now" button in error. Sorry for the confusion
