Q: How does the warranty work, I did not receive the paperwork for the warranty?
A: Please check the item description to see if your item is advertised with a balance of Apple warranty. Each item has a unique serial number; your warranty is your item's serial number. Apple does NOT include any paperwork along with their items. If you would like to check on your warranty, please call 1-800-MY-APPLE and they will inform you as to how much warranty is left on your device. No paper work or registration is required for you to use the warranty. Warranty information is recorded on Apple's system and can only be retrieved by using the serial number of your device.

Q: I did not receive the warranty for my tablet.
A: If applicable, Warranty form is in electronic format. If you would like to receive a copy of the warranty, please use eBay messages to email us your personal email address and your request and we will be happy to send that to you.

Q: I forgot to change my address, can ship to a different address?
A: Unfortunately we are only able to ship to the address that you provided during checkout. This is for our customer's safety and is per eBay and PayPal guidelines. Please remember to change your address BEFORE you make your payment.
Q: Where is my item? I insert the tracking information and it shows nothing.
A: It typically takes carrier up to 48 hours to update their electronic tracking system. Please allow enough time, check back and contact us only if you do not see the item moving after that.
Q: I didn't sign for the package.
A: Packages for items under the value of 0, do not ship with a signature, all that is required is that it ships with delivery confirmation. As per PayPal, this is only required for items above 0 value.
