Enjoy a freshly prepared three course lunch and coffee as you slip down the Thames admiring the landmarks of London's riverside. Then marvel at the stunning view from the top of one of the world's largest observation wheels - the London Eye - and see the slow moving panorama of London's top sights from the comfort of your architect designed glass capsule.

Agenda Make your way across the river to Embankment Pier for your 12.30pm cruise. The cruise lasts for 1hr 30 minutes and, depending on tides, will take in many famous river landmarks such as Tower Bridge and Shakespeare's Globe. A three course lunch will be served at your table during the cruise and the whole experience is rounded off with coffee as you return to Embankment Pier. Drinks are not included in this package but a wine list is available on board. Your 30 minute flight on the London Eye will take in 55 of London's top attractions.

Notes Your voucher is valid for 10 months. You are advised to book well in advance for popular holiday dates and some celebration dates (e.g. Valentines Day) will not be available. The cruise is available from Tuesday - Saturday between May & September, from Wednesday - Saturday between October & December, and from Thursday - Saturday between January & March. This package may not be used in mid-December or on New Years Eve and New Years Day. The dress code for lunch is smart casual. A vegetarian option is available for lunch and may be specified when ordering on board your cruise. Special dietary requirements may be catered for and should be specified upon booking. This experience is suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. Please note that it may be necessary to queue at the London Eye if the attraction is busy. Vessels are subject to change. All dates are subject to availability; some special occasions may not be available.

To pay for your goods, please use the eBay checkout, by pressing the 'Pay Now' button at the top of this page.

Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Most items will be sent out the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Parcel Force deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note; Parcel Force deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it.

Warranty
At Tesco Outlet you can purchase new and refurbished items. All items are sold with a 12 month Tesco Outlet Warranty. The new items are products that were previously available through Tesco stores or Tesco Direct but have now been discontinued. They come complete with all the necessary parts and accessories and are still in their original packaging. In some instances the packaging may be damaged, but don't let that put you off! The product inside will be pristine.

The refurbished items are customer returns. A large proportion of these items have never been used. They might, for example, be unwanted gifts or products customers have simply changed their mind about, which have then been returned to us. They have been checked, inspected, repaired (if necessary), graded and reboxed complete with all accessories. All refurbished items will be clearly marked in the description.

These offer excellent value for money along with the reassurance that they are supported by a full 12 month Tesco Outlet Warranty.

As Tesco stores do not sell the same product range as Tesco Outlet, items purchased from Tesco Outlet cannot be returned in our stores

Returns
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in "my eBay" within 10 days of delivery. We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:

  • Items which cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped (such as earrings, body jewellery & personal grooming products).
  • We may restrict the exchange of CD?s, DVD?s and computer software to the same title.

Faulty items
If your item develops a fault please notify us at TheTeam@Tesco-Outlet.co.uk.

If the fault has developed within 28 days of delivery we will offer a refund, including postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to the Tesco Outlet team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If the fault develops after 28 days but within the 12 month warranty period please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Tesco Outlet team for assessment and verification of the fault.

If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.

Returned items may take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment if collection is arrange by Tesco Outlet. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.
