Some items are Pre-Orders or Back Orders and states in the auction will ship when item arrives. If you do not want to wait please do not order from me a pre-order or back order item.
Feedback is important to all sellers since Ebay is unable to protect sellers from nuts. In addition, the higher rating the seller has the lower eBay fees are that are passed on to the buyer as you can clearly see when you compare my prices with retailers who carry Bettie Page and Bernie Dexter clothing lines. BFR allows good customers to pre-purchase items to be the first own them. To remove this feature would harm BFR’s good customers who enjoy buying early and have no problem waiting. So I encourage buyers to not buy a pre-order or back ordered item if they will leave low stars on feedback for expecting it earlier than auction stated in time frame. USA First Class is economic and used mainly for pantyhose and lingerie, items weighing under 13 ounces. Parcel Post is economic & ships with 50 pound items, between 3 to 9 business days for delivery, usually chosen for items weighing over 13 ounces. First Class delivery time varies though estimated 3 to 9 business days. Media mail is only for books and DVD’s and is the cheapest but takes up to 9 business days for delivery. Priority is ESTIMATED (Not guaranteed) at 2 to 3 days for delivery. Express is 1 to 2 days for delivery guaranteed.
Canada First Class is pretty efficient and economic but also does not come with insurance or tracking and takes sometimes an entire month to deliver, depending on holidays and amount of packages delivered as Express and Priority are delivered first. Priority is estimated delivery time at 6 to 10 business days for delivery (2 weeks) with limited insurance and tracking. Express is guaranteed 3 to 5 days with insurance and tracking.
International shipping has many choices. If the item is in stock it can ship within 5 days anywhere. If it is not in stock delivery time will vary. Express Shipping is 3 to 5 business days for delivery guaranteed with insurance and tracking. Priority is 6-10 business days for delivery, no guarantee on deliver date, insurance up to $69 US dollars, and tracking. First Class is economic and being the cheapest it does not come with insurance or tracking. First Class takes the longest to arrive and buyer takes a risk. BFR will not send First Class to France or Spain. Italy BFR cannot sent leather goods to.
Return and Exchange Policy
If an item is purchased at full price it may be returned for an exchange. The buyer needs to contact the seller within 3 days of receiving merchandise and return it within 7 days. For an exchange buyer will agree to return the item and pay for exchange shipping. Once the item is received in the same new condition, buyer select another size or item and pay for shipping. Return in "Same New Condition" is important, if wore it is not returnable, if purchased by a smoker item will have to be dry cleaned and items are not considered new. This is to protect buyers and give them the same new item not one used or smelling of smoke. Buyer is encouraged to sell their item so they do not loose any money on shipping or cleaning.
SALE items, Retired items, and Clearance priced items, are FINAL SALES. If an item is on Sale, Retired or on clearance it is not open to return or exchange. Buyer can resell on eBay if item does not meet their expectations or find item a new home. I encourage people to read the feedback on any item. Because I love something does not mean it will work for someone else. We try to under promise and over deliver. But someone may feel they don't look like the model and that cannot be helped by the seller. BFR does try to have items for every person in all budgets. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions before purchase. But understand clearly if you want to try a sale item it becomes your responsibility once purchased.
Disputes are unnecessary! Anyone filing a dispute is blocked and banned from purchase. This is to further insure our best customers receive the royal treatment and scam artists are not rewarded.
