Our office takes care of all the paperwork involved. Buyer to pay the Closing/Transfer fees of $750. This includes the Transfer fees to Wyndham! The closing process only takes 30-45 days to complete. We take care of all the paperwork, getting the Transfer paperwork from Wyndham etc.  We guarantee what you purchase is free and clear and we follow through with Wyndham from start to finish!!

To purchase I will just need the following information from you: Name(s) that you want on the contract, address, phone number and e-mail address or Fax phone. I will then e-mail or fax you an Offer and Acceptance contract that will have everything in writing on what you agreed to purchase. You will sign the contract and return it back to us along with your funds. All funds are held in Escrow. After the seller signs we will begin the closing process. We will have the new deeds prepared and get the Transfer paperwork from Wyndham.
