Standard Recorded Delivery (3-5 Working Days) £2.99
* Our Standard Delivery is recorded and you will receive a tracking code so that you can track your parcel.
* You should receive your parcel within 3- 5 days.
* We cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-3pm window.
* However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
Next Day Available Monday- Friday except bank holidays (UK Only) £5.95
* Available for orders placed before 3.30pm Monday- Thursday.
* Dispatched to arrive the following day between 8am-3pm.

Europe £7.95
* Standard Delivery only- approximately 8-14 working days.
* Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Additional
* If you are not available to receive the parcel the parcel driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for a re-delivery.
* Please note, we are unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.

Returns
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for another size / colour if preferred.
Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, please note a refund will only be processed once it arrives back our warehouse.
Upon returning any items, please include a completed 'Returns form' along with your invoice and the items you would like to return/exchange. The address to send items that you wish to return is as follows:-

You can call Customer Services between 10.00am and 6.00pm (Monday to Friday). We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made.
*When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled. The item must be returned with the completed form on the back of your delivery note.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level

Seven Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Refunding the Delivery Charge (All Countries)
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period.
Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
