UPS Shipping times in transit.  To calculate how long it will take to receive your item if you opt for UPS ground use the map below.  Items ship Monday through Friday.  Payments received before 3PM EST will ship the same day Monday through Friday.  Payments received after 3PM EST Friday will ship the follwing Monday when UPS pick-up service resumes.  Weekends and Holidays don't count as delivery days so if you are in a 5 day area that will equal 1 week in transit from the day of shipment.

Shipping times reflect days in transit from the day shipped.  Do not calculate Saturday or Sunday into the time in transit as UPS does not deliver or move packages on weekends.

U.S. ORDERS are $12.00 for UPS ground within the lower 48 or $12 for USPS Priority to other US locations.

Paypal instant payments and credit card payments ship immediately. Paypal echecks will be held until the payment clears as they are the same as a paper check and just as likely to have problems clearing. Most US echecks clear within 3-4 business days, International echecks usually clear within 7-14 days.

Q: I sent payment through paypal and the funds were taken from my checking account, Paypal has not marked the item paid. Why?

A: You paid using a Paypal echeck. Please choose another payment option when sending a Paypal payment.

Q: You emailed me a shipping notification and tracking # and the tracking # doesn't work. Why?

A: You have tried to enter the tracking # too soon after shipment or typed the number incorrectly on the carrier website.  The tracking # will not be available to track on the carriers website until the package has been scanned at their terminal and sent on its way. Please wait until at least 10pm EST the day of shipment to try to track a package.

Q: Can I have my package sent to and address other than the one I provide when i checkout on Ebay.

A: No.  We ship only to the address you send to us with your payment.  Please do not email us separately or add a note to the payment requesting that an item ship to an address other than the one you used at checkout.  Paypal and Ebay allow buyers to add unlimited different shipping addresses to their account so there is absolutely no reason to create possible problems by not using the correct shipping address during checkout.  Any buyer providing an incorrect shipping address will be responsible for the charges to change the delivery address if the item has already been shipped.  For UPS orderds these charges range between $11 and $25 for US buyers.  For USPS orders and international orders there is no possible way to change a delivery address once shipped so these buyers must send the correct address and are completely responsible for any lost item due to any error they have made.

Q: I paid for my item on Friday afternoon of last week and it has been 8 days since then. Where is my item?

A: You are probably located in the West, West-Midwest or Southwest part of the country. If you pay for an item on a Friday afternoon your time, it is early evening our time so the shipment can't be made until the following Monday morning. This means that if you live across the country from us you may not get the bat that week. If you have any question about how long it will take for your package to arrive please visit UPS.com and use zip code 06851 to calculate time in transit. There time in transit page will let you know how long you should have to wait.

Q: I purchased the wrong item. Can I get a refund or exchange?

A: Yes and no. If you purchased the wrong item and want a refund we allow returns for items IN ORGINAL PACKAGING. Please see our return policy below. We do not offer to exchange sizes or models under any circumstances only returns.

Q: I am thinking of bidding on your item. Is it a blem, demo or second and has it been used?

A: We clearly state the condition of the items in our description. Please check our feedback for reassurance.

Combined shipping is available for items which can be shipped in one carton. To be eligible for combined shipping items must be purchased within 5 days and all item must be paid for in ONE PAYMENT so please wait until you have finished purchasing to make your payment. Each time you buy another item within 5 days of the first purchase a new combined invoice will be sent.  After 5 days an unpaid item reminder will be sent.  3 days after that the order will close as unpaid and checkot will no longer be available.

Baseball/Softball/Training/Coaching Bats generally can only ship with other bats so If you buy a batting helmet and a bat there is no shipping discount since they will have to ship in separate boxes. Shoes, gloves, bags, helmets, catcher's gear, and just about anything else can be combined with any item other than a bat.

Combined Rates:

US orders: For buyers purchasing multiple items shipping is $2 for each item after the first with the highest shipping charge prevailing as the first charge. For example, if you purchase two pair of shoes at $10 shipping each, one bag at $15 shipping and one glove at $12 shipping, The shipping will be $21.00 ($15 plus 3 at $2) Expedited services combine at higher rates and depend upon each item ordered.

Canadian Orders: Canadian buyers will pay $6 additional for each bat, glove, helmet, pair of shoes or other 1-3 pound item. Items like bags, catcher's gear pieces and helmets will be $10 additional. If you have any question about the combined shipping charge email us before you purchase.

International Orders: No more than 5 items can be shipped together for combined shipping for international shipments.  International buyers will pay $10 additional for each bat, glove, helmet, pair of shoes or other 1-3 pound item.  We do not offer combined shipping to international buyers on larger items such as bags and training equipment.
