within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Our preferred postage is Royal
Mail First Class and will normally arrive within 1-3 days but please note some
items do take longer and delivery times depend on Royal Mail. Special Delivery will
guarantee next day delivery monday-friday, please contact us to check the
delivery day and cost.

Items are described
and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours
and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you
ordered, just return it in the original packaging within 10 days of the date of
receipt and we will refund your money - no questions asked.
Please note we are
only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. We can
only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable)
however further postage costs do apply to exchanges payment to be made via PayPal.
