When & how will it be shipped? We try our best to ship all products within 24-48 hours after the payment has been received. In RARE cases if we are unable to ship your item for any reason, full payment will be refunded. Your item may also be drop shipped from another state so you may get it faster. We do not ship on weekends & holidays. We are a mail order and internet retailer therefore we do not always require nice retail gifts boxes from our vendors. We ship items in brown re-mailers, envelopes, boxes all the time. You may not receive retail boxes for gift purposes. Sometimes, we also ship items in retail boxes with the shipping label attached right on the retail box which may not be appropriate for gift.

Shipping Address: Please make sure that you provide us correct shipping address. Please do not forget to add any apt #'s or floor #'s if any. Address cannot be changed once item has been shipped. If your item comes back to us undeliverable due to wrong address or apt # or buyer refused delivery, item will be re-shipped at nominal shipping charges or payment will be refunded at our discretion less any shipping & handling charges. Return policy: Because we sell everything at really deep discounts and work on very low profit margins, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. We do not manufacture any of the items we sell. We are simply a retailer. It is up to the bidder to determine the suitability of any product to meet their needs and to independently verify any critical information in the items description. If you have questions, please e-mail us before bidding. If you receive a defective product, please understand that we did not manufacture it, BUT we will gladly exchange it for you. Damage must be reported within 2 days of item of delivery. We will then send new parts for that item at our discretion or exchange it.
