We accept the following forms of payment:

• PayPal - For PayPal customers we will only ship to PayPal's Confirmed Address.
• Credit card - US credit card only, only ship to billing address or address on credit card file.
• California Residents must add 8.75% sales tax.

Return Policy

1. If merchandise is defective please contact us within 7 Days of receipt.
2. Indicate the reason of the return in your email then will issue you a Return Merchandized Authorization number (RMA#)
3. Include the RMA# in the Box when shipping the item back to us. We will Exchange or Refund your money within 3 business days. itlowprices can't always guarantee availability of product as our stock is on sale and limited.
4. D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) item must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
5. If you would like to exchange the item you bought because of "Change of mind" a 17% restocking fee will be applied.
6. Please include a note in the box saying you want a refund or exchange, with your order number and copy of the original purchase.
7. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed.
8. RMA number is required for all returns.
9. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 30 days of receiving the goods.

1. UPS Ground shipping for 48 continental US states, please find the shipping charge below in the ebay payment details section.
2. USPS Express/Air shipping for Hawaii, Alaska and APO address is additional, please email us for quotes.
3. Other Air shipping options are also available. Please E-mail us for upgraded shipping charge.
4. We do not ship to PO Box address.
5. We ship overseas.
6. We Offer local pick up in some cases.
7. We ship nationwide.

Bidding Agreement

1. If payment is not made within 14 business days of auction end date, the auction will be considered closed and negative feedback reported.
