All statements regarding products and their configuration are made to the best of our ability, and with the assumption that the buyer is knowledgeable and proficient in the use of this type of equipment. Unless stated in the description, software, manuals, power cords, cables or any other accessory are not included.
Garten Online Sales Associates are available to respond to questions Monday-Friday 9am-4pm PST, excluding all Federal/State Holidays. Due to the high volume of inquiries, responses may take up to 2 business days.

How to pick up locally:
Garten Services, Inc. offers free local pick up.
Unless otherwise specified in the eBay auction listing or communication has been established, the winning bidder must pick up item(s) within seven (7) days of the auction close date.
If you are picking up locally please contact us in advance with an expected pick up date and time. We ask for advance notice to allow us time to have the item ready for pick up. Please contact us by eBay messaging as we will also issue a revised invoice with no shipping charges for local pick up.

No property will be released from the Garten premises before
9am or after 4pm on weekdays (excluding holidays) without prior approval from a Garten Online Sales Associate.
Standard Shipping:
· Items to be shipped to buyer will be packaged and shipped by seller no later than three (3) business days after payment has cleared.

· Multiple Purchases: Should you require a rate for multiple units or more than one auction, please let us know and we'll provide a manually calculated rate. Due to the unique nature of many of our items, automatic combining of multiple orders is disabled as some items we are NOT able to offer combined shipping. Please contact us by eBay messaging with eBay item numbers.
· Items shipped by UPS include insurance and a tracking number. Items shipped by USPS priority mail only include a tracking number. UPS Ground is our standard shipping, See eBay calculator for shipping services offered.
· In very rare cases, a package may be lost or damaged in transit. In the unlikely event this occurs, please contact Garten immediately so we may initiate a package trace or completed damage claim.
· Buyer may choose to arrange USPS or UPS shipment an item themselves (for instance, when they have their own USPS or UPS account). Garten Services is pleased to honor this option; A buyer who wishes to arrange shipping on their own account must contact Garten Services, Inc immediately after the end of auction to arrange shipment.
Default of Payment or Pick up

Removal Default: A buyer is in breach of contract if he/she pays for an item won, has opted to pick up or Freight ship the item, but fails to remove the property from Garten North Salem within seven (7) calendar days. All right, title, interest and ownership to the property reverts to Garten Services, Inc. and buyer forfeits any payment made on the item(s). We advise customers to contact us if additional time is needed.
Returns & Exchange Policy:

Garten Services, Inc. Microsoft Registered Refurbisher program computers/items are sold with a 14 day right of return ONLY. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS.

To return the item, please contact us via eBay’s my messages with the eBay item number and reason for return. Garten Services, Inc. will then reply back with the RMA number and shipping address.

An item may only be returned with an RMA (return material authorization) number; items returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted and returned to customer.

The computer/item must be returned in the original packaging and properly repacked.

The computer/item must be returned in the same condition as the item was originally received as ANY changes of software or tampering of item will VOID any return. (Do not remove parts or change the software as this will void any return, unless authorized by a Garten Services, Inc sales associate.)

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (Buyer return shipping costs are NOT refundable) unless the item arrives to the customer DOA. Buyers returning an item must initiate the return of the item within 5 business days after receiving the RMA number.

Upon return of the item, a full diagnostics will be completed on the item and a 20% restocking fee may be charged if the item is not returned in the original condition received.

On race occasions, if an item is damaged in transit please contact Garten Services, Inc. immediately through eBay’s my messages to allow Garten to open a UPS damage claim. Garten Services, Inc. will then reply back to the message and request photos of the damage to be emailed to Garten Services, Inc.

On occasions a replacement part or unit exchange may be issued instead of return of the item upon buyer’s request. Please contact Garten Services, Inc. within 14 days as stated in our return policy.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days after the return has been received and confirmed with stated issue. Refunds are issued by PayPal or check only, depending on payment method used for purchase.
Withdrawal of Property:
Garten Services, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any property should legitimate need arise. In such case, prospective buyers have no rights or recourse with Garten Services, Inc., its employees, agents or assigns.
Customer Services Philosophy:
Garten takes pride in devoting the time necessary to write accurate descriptions for our items, post photos that accurately represent each item for sale, and provide sufficiently descriptive data to enable prospective buyers to make informed decisions when they bid on our items. In the event any buyer is dissatisfied with any aspect of their dealings with us, we invite open and direct communication through eBay email to (a) inform us of the issue, and (b) allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation in a mutually satisfactory manner.
Buyers End of Life/Disposal Responsibility
Buyer assumes all legal responsibility and liability for the appropriate handling, disposition and/or disposal of purchased electronics scrap materials under the specific local, state and federal laws regulating downstream processing and end-of-life disposition/disposal of electronics pertinent to buyer’s domicile.
